I'll just go back to my old routine of diet and exercise, it worked for me before-(only it takes longer), and forget about any quick fix dieting products.

to answer the question about how many pills to take a day.. its 6. the cleanser says pm but if you read the bottle it clearly states to take 2 tablets twice a day. not to mention there is 56 pills so you need to take 4 a day if youre gonna be done in 14 days. you take 2 of each bottle in the morning and 2 more cleansing pills at night. then continue to take the iso-burn pills in the morning untill you run out. thats when you go on to the next step and get the extreme burn pills.

I\'m on Day 4 and so far, there isn\'t much change in weight (which fluctuates between 141 and 145 anyway). I have learned that exercising really hard while taking the pills is pretty much essential. I actually felt really tired and sick until I did cardio for an hour. I just started this program (today is day 3) and I'm down 3 pounds. I know that it is cleaning out my system and I have more energy. So far I like the product. Eating 4 meals and 160 grams of protein is a little hard for me. I kind of have to force down my third meal. Over all I think the program is working for me, but I think you have to follow the directions carefully or it won't work. Also every person is different.

I am on day 2 of the Quick Trim and i do feel a little dizzy right after I take the pills and i am also going to the bathroom about twice a day. If you read the directions correctly it clearly says that you are to take 2 am pills and 2 pm pills in the morning and then 2 am pills in the afternoon and 2 pm pills in the evening. Also, you can't take the pills and expect it to work while you sit your butt on the couch. You need to do atleast 20 minutes of exercise everyday, even if it is just walking. You should try to watch what you eat and cut down on the portions. Just don't starve yourself!

You are supposed to eat breakfast, ( I usually have yogurt) take 2AM or purple pills maybe an hour after eating with a large glass of water. I am currently on day 6 and have lost a substantiel amount of weight. I fit into my old jeans and feel great. I am going to start working out/ cardio this week or next. After the 14 day cleanse I'm starting on the extreme burn. I also bought the celluslim but have not used it yet. NOTE: you cannot count on this product alone to help u lose unwanted weight. You must cut out sugars/ sodas and fast foods as much as u can. Start eating better and exercise (even if its only 30 mins of cardio a day 5 days a week). Don't waste your money. Anyway, I bought this and the extreme burn, and I don't plan on taking it. Hopefully my body goes back to normal soon. I am considering detoxing to flush out my system. It toally wasn't worth the price (two the two I paid like appox 100 $. So, I want to say don't buy them, but some people seem to be doing ok. This is just my experience so I am going to say, proceed with caution.

It really helps though to eat properly, I make sure I eat a wholegrain breakfast every morning, sensible lunch and dinner, and 1 or 2 snacks between, sticking to around 1400 cals, and working off around 400-500 cals per day. Also drink plenty of water, 6-8 glasses, cutting down on juices, which have a lot of sugar. I think I'll do another 2 weeks, then cut back and see how I go, as to whether I regain any weight, will keep you posted! :-)

My honest opinion of this product is as follows: I started the extreme burn on Saturday after doing a lot of research I combined reviews of everyone it worked for and began my journey. First of all each capsule has 200mg of caffeine so I gave up soda, coffee etc 3 weeks before starting. Anyone with brains should know to much caffeine can cause kidney problems so drinking lots of water will help u flush it out. When the label said take with 8 ounces of water it didn't mean that was all the water to drink. This product did make me drink a lot of water I feel dehydrated a lot and I tinkle just as fast as I drink. For me I take it with a light snack like fruit or water crackers and no nausea. I have been walking for 30 minutes a day and lowering my portions of food. I used to eat a lot out of boredom but this has really helped to curb my appetite. Make a long story short I am down two inches in just 6 days. If you really want this to work for you than look to what those are doing that it has worked for not just the complainters.

ok so I just read all the reviews and I must say there are some very uninformed people on here when it comes to dieting. I'm currently 8 months and considering using these products after my pregnancy, but I wanted to say what some of you need to realize is they dont recomend you check with your doctor first for no reason..... Same with bodily waste if you don't have much to begin with then you wont lose that much. Proper excercise also includes weights as well as cardio doing one although you will lose some weight will not benefit you the same as doing both together. You must also remember to change up your excercise routine. After a while your body gets use to doing the same movements over and over and the benefits decrease. When you change it up from time to time your weight loss stays suficent. Example tredmills every week change the incline and speed, challenge yourself, or switch to another machine or even just walk around the block with your kids or dog. When it comes to weights same thing, especially if you like working out your entire body at once, use machine weights, free weights and even your own body weight, another thing that works better for some is you can rotate between upper body one day lower the next. Lastly your body needs several nutrients and vitamins. So in addition to taking these products you need a daily vitamin and lots of protein in addition to water to help your body recover after working out. Not saying this product will work for everyone using this method, some of you will have to find other products if you choose to use a weight loss product, but before you continue or start a new program know your personal stats.......check your BMI and talk to your doctor to see if the product you choose looks to be good for you or if you should maybe try something else.

But I felt my face begin bto burn...it quickly increased to the feeling of an extreme sunburn. I looked in the mirror to see a lobster red face. Not sure what that's about....espec after 1 week of already taking it. And yes...I drink lots of water & always take w a light healthy snack. Really freaked me out. One of the times you can take the AM pills is before your workout early in the day and yesterday when I took them I did feel a lot of energy after, however today, instead of having a blast of energy, I felt sick during my workout! I don't know what it is but the AM pills made me feel the opposite and I had to stop very often during my workout to either gag or because I felt woosy. Also, you're suppose to take 4 PM pills before bedtime and wow..trying to down all of those huge pills was a killer! Not only did I have to drink sooo much water to get them down but I had trouble sleeping! Then the next morning when I woke up I had an upset stomach and went to the washroom 4 times between 10am and 3pm! I really had high hopes for this because I've reached a plateau in my weight and just wanted to lose those last few pounds, and I must admit after a day and a half I did lose a couple of pounds but feeling extremely sick for the next 13 days is just not worth it to me!! For those of you who are still willing to try this product, please be careful...I wish I was able to stick to it and finish the 14 days but the feeling these pills gave me are just unbearable.

lol It's amazing how people just complains about things like this. My experience with these pills was good. Come on people! there is not such thing as magic pill to lose all those pounds that make you upset because you can't get rid of them. This pills as some people already commented, help! and you also have to have in mind that its not going to work if you're cheating or not exercising. I quit on the AM pills but still take the PM pills with diet and exercise and i feel Great.. I am using the flush pills now.. I see results! My stomach seems to be a bit flatter .. Honestly.. this product does work.. but I wouldn't recomend it unless you have the time to go to the gym or walk off the energy you get from the AM pills.. or just take the PM pills as I do , but its pretty expensive to waste it that way ! They say aerobics with a minimal amount of weight training if neccessary.rnI\'m already 5 lbs lighter and even though it may just be water weight loss which is also what this program is designed for, I am very pleased so far and have not felt sick or dizzy or any headaches whatsoever. I have NO problems sleeping and also do not feel jittery. The energy the caffeine in the pills give me is just right and keeps me motivated to do what I need to do to be successful with this diet. Luckily, I haven't experienced any nausea, diarrhea, headaches or any other severe symtoms some consumers have described. I did feel more energized throughout the day and it felt good! I am going to follow the plan's guidelines as best as I can, but if I need to make any adjustments to suite MY lifestyle, I will do so accordingly. EVERYONE is DIFFERENT. This product may not work for some, and for some, it may work! I'm keeping my expectations low, but remaining positive and optomistic at the same time. After my workout I felt nauseous, I made the same breatfast I had on day 1 and was able to keep it down. Throughout the day I have been following my diet as the book provides. after taking my 3 o'clock second dose of 2a.m. pills before I can finish my glass of water I had thrown-up, it took me a while to recover from that put I evently drank more water and ate my 3 O'clock meal as scheduled. It is currently 4:22p.m. and I am still burping alot my after eating I feel much better the before. NOTE: I have always had a problem taking pills of all sorts, they have always upset my stomach, this may be the reason why I am having such a difficult time today using this diet program. I beleive that every individual will have different reactions/results to this system as with any other ones. I will continue to use this product hopefully to the end and keep you posted on my results. btw: I do not have a scale so I am not sure how much I have lost. I would describe this product as the biggest waste of money... ever. I did the whole diet plan & took the pills just as I was suppose to (& religiously at that) and never, EVER saw any results. The only thing this did for me was made me feel sick to my stomache. It was the kind of sick where I felt like I was going to pass out and needed to eat! However, I was eating plenty. I refused to eat anymore than my diet said to eat because I really wanted to lose wieght & didn't want to cheat myself from my goals. Never been so upset with a product!!!
